Can you describe what can be configured with jumpers JP1 – JP4 on this board? I’m particularly interested in which jumpers change the I2C address.

Soldered Support:
Unfortunately, changing the I2C address on this sensor is not possible via jumpers. JP1 and JP2 are pull-up resistors for the I2C lines. JP3 and JP4 are used for voltage regulator configuration and should not be adjusted unless necessary. If you need to connect something else to that address, you can use an I2C multiplexer: I2C Multiplexer TCA9548A Breakout - 8-Channel I2C for Arduino – Soldered Electronics
na ovim breakoutima promjena adrese na senzoru na žalost nije moguća. JP1 i JP2 su pull-up ovi za I2C linije, JP3 i JP4 služe za konfiguraciju regulatora napona i ne trebaju se dirati ako nije potrebno. Ako trebaš spojiti nešto drugo na tu adresu, možeš koristiti I2C multiplekser:
