BME280 sensor connection and library issues on Croduino

Customer:

I need help with the BME280 sensor. I don’t have an easy C cable and tried connecting it to a Croduino: GND to GND, VDD to 5V (the product description says 3.3V but then the I2C scanner doesn’t find it) - SCL to A5, SDA to A4. The I2C scanner shows the correct address at 5V, but I keep getting the error: Could not find a valid BME 280 sensor, check wiring! I’ve downloaded all the necessary BME280 software.

Molio bih Vas za pomoc oko BME senzora
Nemam easy C kablic i pokusavam spojiti na Croduino GND na GND VDD na 5 V ( po opisu uz proizvod je 3,3V ali tada I2C scanner ne nalazi ) — SCL na A5 SDA na A4
I2C scanner pokazuje dobru adresu na 5V
no uvijek se pojavljuje greska Could not find a valid BME 280 sensor,check wiring! Svi potrebni BME 280"softweri"su skinuti

Soldered Support:

Please specify which library you’re using, what code you’re running, and which microcontroller you connected the sensor to. The breakout board has an onboard voltage regulator and level translator, so there’s no problem with connecting it to 5V even though it should also work at 3.3V.

If you’re using another library, you can try the one from our repository: https://github.com/e-radionicacom/BME280-Arduino-Library. You can also share the code you’re using so we can test it with your code and confirm whether the code is correct.

Možete li napisati koji library koristite te koji kod i na koji mikrokontroler ste spojili senzor. Breakout na sebi ima regulator napona i level translator tako da nije problem što je spojen na 5V iako bi trebao raditi i na 3.3V.

Također ako koristitie neki drugi library možete probati s našim s linka (https://github.com/e-radionicacom/BME280-Arduino-Library). Možete postaviti i kod koji koristite pa probamo i mi s vašim kodom kako bi potvrdili da je kod ispravan.
