I have two questions. Is the bq27441 breakout board able to measure current flow of the battery while charging or discharging? If so, where is the output of the battery on the breakout board (VCC?).
Second question: I can’t check the PCB schematic on EasyEDA. Is there a PDF somewhere?

Check for schematics in the OUTPUT folder. You can also open the files in KiCad, which is a free PCB design software.
