Can I use a Kindle screen with Inkplate 6 driver board

Customer:

I have a 6" Kindle that’s been unused for over 4 years. Could I disassemble it and use the screen with an Inkplate board? The Kindle screen is 6" diagonal, so I’m wondering if it might be the same panel you source. I’d love to salvage it if possible.

We can provide a bare board Inkplate 6. To check compatibility, look for the part number ED060SC7 on the flex cable (the orange cable) of your e-paper screen. If your Kindle screen has that part number, we can ship one to you.
