Customer:
I noticed that the CCS811 Air Quality Sensor (SKU: 333009) is not working with my Raspberry Pico W. I connected the sensor to my Arduino and then connected it to my Raspberry Pico W, but I’m not getting any values on the Serial Monitor. I tried it with an ESP32 and it works fine. Why doesn’t it work with the Raspberry Pico W?

Soldered Support:
How are you connecting the board? If you’re using an easyC adapter, make sure you’ve connected it correctly. If you’re using the I2C pins, can you find the breakout with an I2C scanner sketch? If not, please check your connections and pins. Try connecting a different I2C device or sensor to these pins and see if you can find it with an I2C scanner. There could be an address conflict. Check the I2C configuration on the Raspberry Pi. I know there are some permanent settings on the regular versions, but I’m not sure about the Zero W.
These are just some things you could check as a general recommendation. If you continue to have problems, please write back and we’ll test it.
