Croduino Basic2 avrdude stk500_getsync() error on Windows 7 64-bit

Customer:

I’m using an Arduino UNO, but I recently purchased a Croduino Basic2 and kit from you. First, the Croduino wasn’t receiving power through USB - I discovered the cable that came in the kit was faulty, but it works with a different one. Next, I have a problem with the IDE on Croduino, Windows 7 64-bit, and I’m getting an error: avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x30. I selected Arduino Nano as the board and ATmega328 as the processor, but the problem persists. The Arduino UNO works fine. Do you have any ideas what to do?

Zamolio bih za pomoc. Koristim arduino uno, no kupio sam i croduino basic 2 + kit nedavno od vas.

Prvo mi croduino nije dobivao napajanje kroz usb, otkrio sam da je kabel neispravan koji je dosao u kitu, s drugim radi.

Nadalje, imam problem s IDE-om na croduino, win7 64bit, dobivam error: avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x30

Board sam odabrao Arduino nano, processor atmega328, no i dalje ovaj problem. Imate li kakvih ideja sto uciniti?

Arduino UNO sve radi OK.

Zahvaljujem

Soldered Support:

Arduino UNO and Croduino Basic2 use different USB to UART bridges. Have you installed the drivers from our pages: Soldered: Open-Source Electronics, Boards, Sensors & Modules – Soldered Electronics
