Croduino Basic2 upload fails with stk500_getsync() not in sync error

Customer:

I have a Croduino Basic2 that was delivered a few days ago. When I connect it to my computer, the LED on pin 13 continuously blinks periodically.

Program uploads fail completely. During upload attempts, the RX LED does not flicker. The error reported is:

Arduino: 1.6.6 (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino Nano, ATmega328"

Sketch uses 1,030 bytes (3%) of program storage space. Maximum is 30,720 bytes.

Global variables use 9 bytes (0%) of dynamic memory, leaving 2,039 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2,048 bytes.

Obraćam Vam se sa slijedećim problemom kojeg imam sa pred nekoliko dana isporučenim Croduino Basic2.

Prilikom spajanja Croduina Basic2 na računalo, LED-ica na 13 PIN-u ne prestaje periodično blinkati.

Upload programa nikako ne uspijeva, istovremeno prilikom pokušaja uploda LED-ica RX ne titra. Na kraju bude prijavljena greška :

Soldered Support:

Verify that you have selected the correct port (Tools > Ports). Make sure you have successfully installed the drivers (Soldered: Open-Source Electronics, Boards, Sensors & Modules – Soldered Electronics). We also recommend using a stable version of the Arduino IDE, such as 1.0.6 (https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/OldSoftwareReleases).

molimo provjerite jeste li izabrali ispravan port(Tools-Ports)? Pretpostavljamo da ste uspješno instalirali drivere(Soldered: Open-Source Electronics, Boards, Sensors & Modules – Soldered Electronics)..
Također, preporučujemo da koristite neku od stabilnih verzija Arduino IDEa, npr. 1.0.6 (https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/OldSoftwareReleases)

Hvala na pomoći, ali nakon što sam instalirao Arduino IDE 1.0.6 i promjenio port prijavljena je pogreška:

Have you tried on another computer? Can you tell us which settings you have selected under Tools > Boards (Processor) and Tools > Ports?
