Customer:
I’ve been looking at the Croduino BASIC2 and BASIC3. I’m interested in whether the only difference between them is “fuse protection” and whether that refers to pin protection.

Proučavao sam Croduino basic 2 i 3.

The difference between the BASIC2 and BASIC3 boards is in the easyC connector and the different UART chip. There is no actual protection for the pins themselves because they are routed directly from the microcontroller. Both boards have a polyfuse that prevents current greater than 500mA from passing through and cuts off power to the Croduino board.
