Is it possible you made an error when manufacturing the Croduino? I’m getting an error when I connect the Croduino to my laptop. I’ve attached a screenshot.

Which OS are you using? Some operating systems only provide 500mA per port, which is what the Croduino Basic requires. If you have other devices connected to the hub, it won’t get enough power and the OS won’t recognize it.
Try connecting the Croduino board to a different port. There’s also a possibility this is a Power Surge problem - we can send you instructions for your OS version.
