Croduino NOVA headers loose and unstable in sockets

Customer:

I’m a beginner and have a question about the headers. They’re inserted through the holes - the digital inputs/outputs on the Croduino NOVA board - but I’m wondering why it’s so unstable. When I put the headers through the holes and connect a cable to them, everything shifts around and is quite unstable because the slots are slightly wider than the headers. I have to hold everything in place by hand to keep the connection stable and get readings from the module. What can be done about this? Why aren’t the headers secured in the slots instead of requiring me to hold them?

Soldered Support:

Male headers require being fixed to the board itself. You should solder the headers you received to fix them in place. The headers are not secured to the board because the product does not come that way, and it is also shown in the images without soldered headers.
