See this guide as a reference for the connection method: Arduino Project Hub

You have a Croduino NOVA rather than a bare ESP module, but the guide shows where and how to connect TX and RX lines and the reset line.

You do not need to add resistors on the TX and RX lines, as many tutorials suggest.

You may need to manually put the NOVA into bootloader mode:

  1. The board has two buttons: GPIO 0 and RESET. While the board is connected to your computer, press both buttons at the same time.
  2. Release the RESET button, but keep holding the GPIO0 button.
  3. After 1 second, release the GPIO0 button.
  4. Upload the code via Arduino IDE.

Podzrav,

ovdje je prikazano kako spojiti: Arduino Project Hub
koristite samo kao referencu jer naravno Vi imate Croduino NOVA, a ne prazni ESP modul.
dakle samo da vidite gdje i kako povezati tx i rx te reset liniju.

ne morate stavljati otpornike na tx i rx linije(kao što je prikazano na mnogim tutorijalima)

Možda ćete morati ručno staviti NOVU u bootloader mode:

  1. na pločici se nalaze dva tipkala, GPIO 0 i RESET. Dok je pločica uključena u računalo, stisnite obe u isto vrijeme.
  2. Pustite tipku RESET, a još uvijek držite GPIO0 tipku.
  3. Nakon 1 sekunde pustite i GPIO0 tipku
  4. Uploadajte kod preko Arduino IDE

You may need to add an electrolytic capacitor between the RST and GND pins on the Arduino you are using for programming.
