How do I configure the Dasduino Core board to program it in C?

Soldered Support:
We officially support Arduino IDE, which is technically C++ but C code is compatible with it. You can use this tutorial to program Dasduino CORE in VSCode and use Arduino IDE just for upload: Arduino - Using VSCode with Arduino | Soldered Documentation
If you want to use strictly C, you can manually use GCC and AVRDude for upload. You might find PlatformIO best for this. We don’t officially support it, but the process is the same as for Arduino Nano/UNO: Arduino Uno — PlatformIO latest documentation
