Dasduino LITE not appearing in Arduino IDE board manager

Customer:

I’m looking for a tutorial for Dasduino LITE on your site, similar to what exists for CORE. I haven’t worked with Arduino in a long time, and since it’s not an ATmega chip I’m a bit stuck.

Original message (Croatian)

zanima me imate li na stranici negdje tutorial za Dasduino LITE, onako kao što ima za CORE npr.? Jako dugo nisam radio s Arduinom, a pošto nije atmega chip malo sam zapeo haha. Hvala!

Is there something specific you’re interested in? Dasduino LITE is programmed essentially the same way as CORE and the others. When you select Dasduino LITE board in the board manager, under File > Examples > Examples for Dasduino Lite you have a range of examples.

If you’re interested in additional details, the base for the board definition we use is MegaTinyCore (I believe version 2.3.2): GitHub - SpenceKonde/megaTinyCore: Arduino core for the tinyAVR 0/1/2-series - Ones's digit 2,4,5,7 (pincount, 8,14,20,24), tens digit 0, 1, or 2 (featureset), preceded by flash in kb. Library maintainers: porting help available! · GitHub

Imaš li nešto što te specifično zanima? Dasduino LITE se programira u suštini isto kao i CORE i ostali. Kad odabereš Dasduino LITE board u board manageru, pod File-Examples->Examples for Dasduino Lite imaš niz primjera:

Ako te zanimaju dodatni detalji, osnova za taj board definition koju mi koristimo je MegaTinyCore (mislim verzija 2.3.2): GitHub - SpenceKonde/megaTinyCore: Arduino core for the tinyAVR 0/1/2-series - Ones's digit 2,4,5,7 (pincount, 8,14,20,24), tens digit 0, 1, or 2 (featureset), preceded by flash in kb. Customer:

I can’t find Dasduino in the board manager at all. I tried following the instructions on Conde’s GitHub, but after adding his link to Additional boards manager URLs, I don’t have megaTinyCore in my boards manager. How do I get Arduino IDE to recognize the board?

Original message (Croatian)

You need to add Dasduino to the Board definition: https://soldered.com/hr/learn/add-inkplate-6-board-definition-to-arduino-ide/

I apologize for not mentioning that in my previous message - I should have included it.

moraš dodati Dasduino u Board definition: https://soldered.com/hr/learn/add-inkplate-6-board-definition-to-arduino-ide/

Isprike što to nisam napomenuo u prošlom mailu, sad gledajući trebao sam to svakako napomenuti.
