I’ve read online that some people are using a smaller pull-up resistor. Did you also connect a resistor smaller than 4k7?
Malo sam citao po netu i negdje pisu da su koristili manji pull-up otpornik. Jeste li i vi spojili otpornik manji od 4k7?

I started to write about this in my previous message but didn’t want to complicate things. The reason for using a smaller resistor would be the resistance of the wire. You probably read about 2k instead of 4k7 somewhere, but for a 25m cable that doesn’t make sense, does it? We used 4k7. I don’t remember which cable we used, but bare copper stranded would be a good choice. If you’re able to experiment with different resistors over some time, it’s worth doing. The relationship between theory and practice often surprises, so it’s not bad to do a mini “calibration”.

Razlog manjeg otpornika bio bi otpor vodiča. Vjerovatno si negdje pročitao 2k umjesto 4k7, za kabel od 25m nema smisla zar ne? Mi smo koristili 4k7.
Ne sječam se koji smo koristili, bakreni licnasti bi bio dobar izbor. Ako si u mogućnosti isprobar s različitim otpornicima kroz neko vrijeme. Odnos prakse i teorije često zna iznenaditi pa nije loše napraviti mini “kalibraciju”.

One more question: is it better to have each sensor with its own data wire and then combine them into one later, or to connect multiple sensors to one wire right away?
Jos samo jedno pitanje. Je li bolje da svaki senzor ima svoj data vodič pa ih poslije skupim u jedan ili da odmah spojis vise komada na jedan vodic
