Customer:
I’ve been modifying the Openweather_Station example for my needs and have had many successful debugging sessions. Today, the file downloaded to the Inkplate and the serial monitor shows the program progressing through various steps, but the display is not changing. There is a very light image from a previous date showing correctly, though I did not change the program.
These messages appear in the serial monitor:

I also ran the Basic Example Inkplate10_Black_And_White.ino with the same results - nothing changed on the display.

Soldered Support:
The basic black and white example should always update the display after a successful upload.
Check the connection between the ePaper and Inkplate 10 via the flat cable in the back. Disconnect and reconnect it gently, as the flat cable is delicate.
Release the flat cable connector by gently pulling the part which secures it. Move the flat cable upwards without bending it, then reconnect it in the same way. This procedure has often resolved this issue.

Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem.

Are you using the correct board definition?
If you are using a blue Inkplate 10 (e-Radionica Inkplate 10) with the MCP GPIO expander, it’s an older model and should use the “e-Radionica Inkplate 10” board definition. If it’s a newer one, use “Soldered Inkplate 10”.
Soldered Support:
When you upload the basic example sketch, does the edge of the ePaper panel flash black and white? If so, the panel could be damaged.
If it doesn’t do anything at all - this is actually a better sign and means it might be a general connection or initialization issue. Could you take a photo of the back of your Inkplate device?
