Inkplate 10 grayscale irregularities at screen bottom

Customer:

I have an Inkplate 10 with case. After finally getting it working, I notice the grayscale has some irregularities at the bottom of the screen. Is that normal?

Can you please send some pictures of the grayscale irregularities? Are you using the default example Basic>Grayscale to test this? The pictures will help us understand what’s happening.
