Inkplate 10 missing three capacitive touch pad buttons

Customer:

I recently ordered an Inkplate 10 with enclosure, and it was described as having three capacitive touch pads preinstalled in a 3D-printed enclosure. However, the one I received does not have the three capacitive touch pad buttons.

I found another version of Inkplate 10 available online that also does not have those buttons: https://soldered.com/product/inkplate-10-9-7-e-paper-board-copy/

Did I get shipped the wrong version? Or was there an update between versions of the product? I’d like to clarify since I was hoping to use those buttons to change screens on my e-ink display.

Soldered Support:

Older versions of Inkplate had touchpads, but newer ones do not. There was some outdated product information being carried by retailers, but that’s being updated.
