Inkplate 10 touch buttons registering false presses

Customer:

Running the touch button example, random button presses are registered without touching anything. There are no electrical devices nearby. What could be causing this?

Soldered Support:

Try discharging the touch buttons. Disconnect the Inkplate from power, then place one hand on the ESP32 shield (top of the ESP32) and with the other hand touch every touch button. After discharging them this way, the buttons should work normally.
