Soldered Support:
You can solder a replacement button (part number K2-1114SA-A4SW-06) to the board. The button works by closing contacts when pressed and opening them when released, so it’s safe to short the contacts temporarily with a wire.
We’ve heard reports of this button breaking during transport. Please send pictures so we can check whether the pads on the PCB were damaged when the button broke off. Let us know if you need soldering tips or assistance with the replacement.
