Inkplate 2 CircuitPython missing display.drawImageFile and readBattery

Customer:

I’ve noticed a few functions from Inkplate 5 and larger aren’t available in CircuitPython for the Inkplate 2 - specifically display.drawImageFile and read_battery/readBattery. Is this because the 2 is new or are there hardware limitations?

Soldered Support:

The readBattery function is a hardware limitation of Inkplate 2 - it doesn’t have the circuitry to read the battery’s voltage. The drawImageFile function is still being implemented for Inkplate 2.
