I need to source a replacement battery for Inkplate 6 from a different supplier. The battery I need is 1200mAh, and I need to know the model number and JST connector polarity to ensure I order the correct one.

The dimensions of the battery are 59.5 x 36.5 x 5 mm / 2.3 x 1.4 x 0.2 inch - anything smaller than this will easily fit in the Inkplate case. It’s 1200mAh 3.7V. For the JST connector polarity, refer to the device documentation for the correct pin configuration.
Soldered Support:
You won’t be able to find an exact same shape battery. Make sure it’s li-ion, same voltage (3.7V), same connector polarity, and that it uses a JST connector.
