Customer:
I’m looking for the source code of the firmware for the ESP32 microcontroller in Inkplate 6. Given the OSHWA certification, I assume it’s available under the GPL license but I haven’t been able to find it online.

Soldered Support:
The firmware pre-baked into Inkplate 6 is the peripheral mode sketch in the Inkplate library: Inkplate-Arduino-library/examples/Inkplate6/Diagnostics/Inkplate6_Peripheral_Mode/Inkplate6_Peripheral_Mode.ino at master · SolderedElectronics/Inkplate-Arduino-library · GitHub
There are instructions on how to use it: Inkplate Peripheral Mode — Inkplate docs documentation
It’s a bit outdated but it would work. However, we recommend using the Arduino library to write your own sketch. Check out the other examples in the library to see what’s available.
