I received an Inkplate 6 with accessories. The USB cable included doesn’t fit into the Inkplate 6 power socket. When I tried connecting the Inkplate 6 to my PC or Mac with my own cable, it doesn’t get recognized.

Both Windows and Mac require installation of the CH340 USB-to-UART drivers. There is a tutorial for this at: Inkplate 6 - Quick start guide | Soldered Documentation
Please install the driver and let us know if that resolves the recognition issue. If you can also share photos of the port and the cable that was included, that would help us understand the mismatch.
