Inkplate 6 screen not updating despite ESP running

Customer:

I purchased an Inkplate 6 and it worked fine initially, but the screen has stopped updating. The ESP is still functioning and I see serial output showing the program is running, but the screen no longer flashes or updates. I can still hear the chirp that accompanied screen updates, but nothing changes on the display.

Soldered Support:

Try disconnecting the flat cable from the board and cleaning the connector, then reconnect it. After cleaning the connector, try uploading the basic example and wait to see if the panel refreshes. If you have a multimeter, measure the voltage on the VIN and 3V3 pins to ensure the power supply is working correctly.
