Customer:

I received the product but have an issue uploading example sketches. Any advice?

Can you please send a screenshot of your Tools menu? Have you switched the on switch to ON position?

Customer:

When switched on, I get a different error. Here is my Tools menu screenshot.

Soldered Support:

Try lowering your upload speed in the Tools menu to 115200. This should help.

Customer:

Lowering the speed to 115200 worked. The original speed was default. I’m exploring the product now. One question: to use it in a production environment, would it need a better antenna for WiFi? Is that possible?

Great that it’s working now. We have lowered the upload speed in the board definition, so it will always use the lower speed. As for an external WiFi antenna, yes it is possible, but you need to re-solder a small resistor. Do you have equipment to do that?
