Customer:
My Inkplate 6COLOR display has stopped working. The display is ON but I cannot connect to it. The blue LED is not working, which usually lights up.

Soldered Support:
If the blue LED is not working, there could be a serious issue. First, check if the blue LED switch is toggled on - it’s located on the board.
Also try the power switch.
To help troubleshoot further:
- Can you upload code to the board?
- Have you added any components to the board?
- Have you modified the board in any way?
- Have you tried a different USB cable or port?
- Are you using Inkplate 6COLOR with a battery or standalone?
