Customer:

I ordered an Inkplate 6COLOR with enclosure and battery, and the product received did not have the three capacitive touch pads or the easyC connector as pictured in the documentation. The unit was also defective and would randomly reset itself. Before purchasing another unit from your website with enclosure and battery, I need to know: will the new version have the touch pads and easyC connector? The product images are unclear about whether the enclosure has been updated to expose these features.

Soldered Support:

Current Inkplate 6COLOR units have the easyC connector but not the touch pads—those were on an older version. If you need to interact with the device to wake it from sleep, you can use the wake button instead. The enclosure closes out everything except the USB-C port.
