Inkplate 6COLOR requires battery installation in enclosure

Customer:

My Inkplate 6COLOR does not work unless it’s plugged into a USB port. It came with the enclosure already assembled. Was a battery included inside? If not, what battery do you recommend to fit inside the enclosure? If a battery was included, is there a special way to power it up besides just pushing the power button momentarily?

Soldered Support:

The Inkplate comes without a battery. You must purchase one separately. You should buy a Li-ion battery with dimensions around 59.5 x 36.5 x 5mm to fit within the case. An example is Li-Ion Battery 1200mAh – Soldered Electronics
