I’m looking for a digital meeting room sign that can show free/busy times from an MS Outlook calendar. Would it be possible to set up an Inkplate to display calendar information and have it auto-update as bookings change?

You can use Inkplate as a digital meeting room sign with data from your calendar. We have an example in our library for Google calendar that you can start with. The example uses the “iCal” format to get data from the calendar - you can check if Outlook supports this. You’ll need to write your own code to display busy/free status from the calendar, as our example only shows the calendar itself.
