Inkplate display won't accept uploads after clock example, LED turns off during upload

Customer:

I uploaded the clock example and it worked fine for a few hours then it no longer accepts new uploads. LED is on when I plug the cable but as soon as I start upload it turns off. I tried different USB-C data cables and different ports but it is the same. The display is stuck on the analogue clock and it doesn’t refresh even. I am using Arduino IDE latest version and no changes have been made since I uploaded the clock example.

Soldered Support:

Check if any serial data is being sent when connected to a computer—you can view this via the Serial Monitor in Arduino IDE. If crashes aren’t being reported in the serial monitor, unplug the panel connector and plug it back in after a few seconds to see if the panel refreshes after that.
