Inkplate10 examples upload successfully but screen doesn't update

Customer:

I went through the Arduino setup steps and got everything configured for Inkplate10. When I run any of the examples, nothing happens. The screen still shows the factory image, and there are no error messages. The Arduino IDE output looks normal - sketch uploads successfully at 416136 bytes with no errors reported.

Soldered Support:

Check that you’re using the newest Inkplate library and board definition. Note that there are 2 versions of Inkplate10 boards. If you have the newer version, you need to select “Soldered Inkplate10” in the Arduino boards menu before uploading.
