Inkplate5 BLE scanner compilation fails with board selection

Customer:

When selecting the Inkplate5 board in Arduino IDE 2 and compiling the BLE scanner example sketch, compilation exits with many error messages. However, the same sketch compiles and runs successfully when the ESP32 Wrover board is selected. The BLE functionality works fine on the ESP32 module itself, so Inkplate5 should support it as well.

Soldered Support:

This appears to be an ESP32 package issue. Try this modified version of the sketch where foundDevices is not declared as a pointer: https://pastebin.com/raw/ULSQXgDr

This version scans successfully on Inkplate5. Let me know if this resolves the issue.
