I want to buy a 1200mAh 3.7V battery for my Inkplate6, but I’m in the USA and previous orders have been cancelled due to shipping restrictions. Do you have a partner in the US who sells these batteries, or can you recommend a trustworthy distributor? I want to make sure the battery fits in the Inkplate6 enclosure slot and don’t want to buy a random 1200mAh 3.7V battery if I can avoid it.

Unfortunately we can’t ship these batteries to the USA due to restrictions. Here are the guidelines for buying a compatible battery:
- Li-ion rechargeable
- 3.7V nominal voltage
- Dimensions: 59.5 x 36.5 x 5 mm / 2.3 x 1.4 x 0.2 inch
- JST connector
The connector polarity is important - you may need to flip the polarity of the battery connector, as it might be opposite to what you get with a standard Li-Ion JST connector battery. Check the polarity against the hardware reference: Inkplate Hardware Reference — Inkplate docs documentation

You may need to physically modify the casing or modify the .stl and print a new bottom. Please do check the connector polarity carefully.
