Is it possible to achieve load sharing using the Li-ion charger connecting the battery and a load system like a STM32 blue pill?

Soldered Support:
You can connect the battery to a Li-Ion charger. When the charger is connected to USB power, it will charge the battery, and the load will operate. If the charger doesn’t have USB power, the load will operate on the battery until it is depleted.
