To program with the MFRC-522 RFID reader, you need to use a development board that has a microcontroller, such as Dasduino CORE. Instructions on how to connect and program the RFID Reader MFRC-522 can be found in the documentation. If you want to program tags or cards, you can do so, but you must have the appropriate type of tag or card.
