MPX2010GP pressure sensor setup for liquid level measurement

Customer:

I have the MPX2010GP pressure sensor (CASE 344B-01). What Arduino and components do I need to connect this sensor? I want to measure the liquid level in a container.

Imam senzoz MPX2010GP

Soldered Support:

The MPX2010GP is a pressure sensor that outputs in mV. You’ll need an operational amplifier to amplify this small output to a maximum of 5V, which is what Arduino/Croduino can read. For example, the LM358.

Trebat ćete operacijsko pojačalo kako biste taj mali izlaz povećali do max. 5V koliko Arduino/Croduino može očitavati. Npr.

Customer:

Thank you for the information. Besides the LM358 amplifier, what else do I need for this project? I’m a beginner and would appreciate help if possible.

zahvaljujem na informaciji i zamolio bih Vas osim pojačala LM358 šta mi još treba za projekt

(početnik sam pa bih molio pomoć ako nije problem)

Soldered Support:

Actually, nothing else. With the amplifier you’ll get readings on the microcontroller. The only thing is I’m not sure how you’re planning to measure liquid height with this sensor, but I’ll leave that to you - I’m not the best with mechanical things.
