NULA RP2350 CDC and USB FS not working despite bootloader mode functional

Customer:

I’m working on an RP2350 environment kit. Everything is working except CDC and USB FS, but bootloader mode is working and I can upload code which runs correctly. I’ve already followed the minimal RP2350 design but still have the problem. Can you show me the schematics for reference?
