Customer:

  1. Is there a free link to Eagle mentioned in your PCB manufacturing guide? Can I work with gerber files or do I need to buy the actual software?

  2. Can you explain what 1-layer and 2-layer boards mean, or even multi-layer boards? (with examples please)

  3. I see the maximum board dimension might be 100x100 mm. Can it be, for example, 153x78? Or any shape I want?

  1. dali je link za eagle na vasem objasnjenju za izradu pcb plocica ,recimo besplatan i dali mogu raditi plocice tj gerber ili moram kupiti pravi program

  2. objasnite mi sto znaci 1 slojna i 2 slojna plocica ili cak vise slojna ( primjer molim)

  3. vidim da je dimanezija plocica mozda najveca 100x100 mm …dali moze biti recimo 153x78? ili oblika kakvog zelim

  1. Eagle is free with some limitations, and there are also free student licenses available. You can find more details at https://www.autodesk.com/products/eagle/free-download

  2. This refers to the number of copper layers on the PCB. The more copper layers you have, the easier it is to route traces on it, but the price is also higher. A 2-layer board is standard.

  3. The maximum PCB dimensions are 280 x 180, so your dimensions are fine. Any shape is acceptable.

  1. Eagle je besplatan s nekakvim ograničenjima, a postoje i besplatne studentske licence itd. Više detalja možete naći na https://www.autodesk.com/products/eagle/free-download
  2. Tu se radi o broju slojeva bakra na tiskanoj pločici. Što imate više slojeva bakra, to je lakše izvođenje vodova na njoj, ali je i cijena viša. 2-slojna pločica je standardna.
  3. Maksimalne dimenzije pcba su 280 x 180, dakle Vaša dimenzija je u redu. Svaki oblik je u redu, također.

hvala na strpljenju s odgovorom, bili smo na terenu u četvrtak i petak. Odgovori slijede:

  3. Ako je datoteke ispravno napravljene, pločica može biti bilo kojeg oblika, uključujući i oblik slova M. U gerber datotekama sadržani su svi podaci za uspješnu proizvodnju pločice.
