Customer:
I didn’t find the details for the crystal in the design files. How much capacitance did you choose there?
It would be better to have the details of which part was assembled on the board directly on the schematic or the BOM files. Then I wouldn’t need to ask, and you wouldn’t need to answer.

Soldered Support:
Due to sourcing differences we opted to use several different crystals. If you take a detailed picture of the one you have, I can exactly specify which one it is per the datasheet. These are the three possibilities:
| Crystal Model |
Doc |
Load Capacitance (CL) |
Shunt Capacitance (C0) |
Motional Capacitance (C1) |
| C5361379 |
C5361379.pdf |
12.5 pF |
0.9 pF (typ.) |
3.7 fF (typ.) |
| C271654 |
C271654.pdf |
12.5 pF |
1.1 pF |
4.1 fF |
| C479190 |
C479190.pdf |
12.5 pF (or specify) |
1.0 pF (typ.) |
3.4 fF (typ.) |
All three are SMD3215 footprint. The models are SMD3215 (JingGuangHua), SF-3215 (TKD), and 3215 (JingGuangHua alt.) respectively.
