Customer:
The LED indicator doesn’t matter. The sensor works at 24V but I still get 4.7V digital output when I need 24V for the PLC to recognize it. The problem is that the current from the sensor output cannot drive a step-up controller. Do you have any ideas how I could solve this most simply?

What do you mean by “step-up controller”?

na što mislite pod “step-up kontroler”?
Customer:
I’m referring to this step-up regulator: https://www.chipoteka.hr/artikl/132070/
But if we ignore that, there’s also a simpler solution. For example, if I put a relay on the output of your photo sensor, will it have enough power to activate it? I’m looking at this relay available in the Chipoteka warehouse: https://www.chipoteka.hr/artikl/18060/
Or do you perhaps have a relay in your product line that I could use for this purpose? What’s most important to me is to somehow manage to activate an input on a Mitsubishi PLC FX series that responds to 24 VDC.

I can check with a colleague about when we could prepare a finished module for you. For the quantity you mentioned, it would certainly be a more cost-effective and practical solution.
If you need this urgently, I can suggest a step-up and relay from our product range:

The package arrived but unfortunately the sensor doesn’t have enough power to activate the relay. Do you have any ideas how I could try to solve this?
