Reaction game solder kit only works when tilted and switch at 45 degrees

Customer:

My kit doesn’t work only when I tilt it and push the lever 45°. The game is not the game from the video - it shows 3 LEDs when it needs to show 1 for the normal game. What am I doing wrong?

Soldered Support:

The LEDs or some components may have been soldered incorrectly. Can you send detailed pictures of the switch and of the front and back of the PCB so we can examine the solder joints?
