I’m interested in building a prototype weather data logger suitable for geography student exercises and I’m very interested in your easyC ecosystem. My Arduino knowledge is at a basic level but I’m ready to put in the effort.
I’m looking at the following components:
Dasduino CONNECTPLUS (ESP32) with female headers - my concern with this board is that it doesn’t have a microSD card slot. Do you have a solution for this?
Simple rain sensor board with easyC
Environmental sensor BME280 breakout
easyC cables (I’m not sure how many I need for this setup)
I already have batteries, breadboards and cables.
If you have any advice or recommendations, I’m open to options.

interesirala bi me kupovina nekih komponenti pa mi treba savjet. Interesira me sastavljanje prototipa meteorološkog data logera prikladnog za vježbe sa studentima geografija pa mi je Vaš easyC okoliš jako interesantan. Moje znanje korištenja Arduina je na nekim niskim osnovnim granama, ali spreman sam potruditi se Gledao sljedeće komponente: Dasduino CONNECTPLUS (ESP32) + female headers - kod ove pločice me muči što nema prihvata za SD karticu pa me zanima imate li rješenje Simple rain sensor board with easyC Enviromental sensor BME280 breakout easy C kabeli ( ne znam koliko komada za ovaj setup koji sam zamislio). The easyC system can handle this project perfectly. We have libraries and examples for all components so you should be able to work through it.
Here are comments on the components:
Connectplus doesn’t have a microSD card slot but we have this breakout: microSD Card Reader Breakout for Arduino – Soldered Electronics You could also consider logging to the web over WiFi, for example to Google Sheets (there’s an Arduino library for this) or ThingSpeak which is simpler, but an SD card is fail-proof as a first solution and it’s always good to log locally to an SD card. I can help with code snippets from similar projects if you go the SD card route.
The rain sensor board will work over easyC and is simple to use. Same with the BME280 - I’d choose this sensor personally.
You’ll need 2 easyC cables. I wouldn’t go too long because if you’re putting the project in an enclosure the cable length could get in the way. 5cm or 10cm would probably be best.
This is also a project where you could relatively easily make a 3D enclosure or battery support - the ConnectPlus has a connector for li-ion batteries which we stock and are all compatible with the ConnectPlus.

super ideja za projekt, naš easyC sustav može raditi točno to. Imamo library i example-ove za sve pa sam siguran da bi se mogli snaći - i tu smo preko korisničke podrške.
Evo komentara na komponente
Connectplus nema prihvat za SD karticu ali imamo ovaj breakout: microSD Card Reader Breakout for Arduino – Soldered Electronics Možda je bolja alternativa koristiti neki logging na webu preko WiFi-ja, kao npr u google sheets (postoji arduino library za ovo), ili u ThingSpeak koji je jednostavniji, ali SD kartica je fail-proof kao prvo rješenje i uvijek je dobro loggati u SD karticu. Možda bi mogao pomoći sa nekim code snippetima iz naših sličnih projekata ako bi koristili SD karticu 
Rain sensor board će raditi preko easyC i jednostavan je za korištenje Također i bme280 - osobno bi isti senzor izabrao Potrebno je 2 easyC kablića, ne bi uzeo pre dugačke zato što ako ćete projekt stavljati u kućište onda bi dužina kablića mogla smetati. 5cm ili 10cm možda najbolje.
Ovo je također projekt za koji bi relativno jednostavno bilo napraviti 3d kućište ili support za bateriju (connectplus na sebi ima priključak za li-ion baterije koje su na našem shopu - sve one su kompatibilne s connectplus-om.
