The manufacturer appears to have removed that official link for some reason. A user posted driver files on their forum here: u-blox Portal
Since it’s an .exe file, I verified it for safety - the file for V2.30 is clean and I recommend that driver.

pregledao sam stranicu tog proizvođača i izgleda da su makli taj službeni link iz nekog razloga.
Ovaj korisnik je na njihovom forumu postavio file-ove za te drivere: u-blox Portal
Zbog toga što je samo .exe file, išao sam provjeriti je li riječ o virusu za svaki slučaj - i datoteka za V2.30 je OK, preporučujem taj driver.
