Water Level Sensor float switch state clarification

Customer:

Is it clear from the documentation whether the contact closes when the float is high or low?

Soldered Support:

This sensor can be configured both in normally open and normally closed by turning the floating part around. Once you have it in your hands, you can test it with a simple LED and battery—it’s basically a switch—and you will see how it works very clearly.

Customer:

In my case, I can only use the sensor in the orientation shown in the picture. But with that information it’s still not clear what state the sensor is in. I’d like to be sure it will work for my application before purchasing it.

Soldered Support:

You can use the thread and lock to attach this sensor somewhere and from there you can turn it 180 degrees to use in “normally connected” or “normally disconnected” state. I have recorded a video which will hopefully make things clear.
