WS2812 LED simple project setup - soldering or cables?

Hi everyone,

Based on your WS2812 LED strips guide, I’d like to build a simple WLED project where a NULA mini ESP32-C6 is connected to a Smart LED WS2812B Stick10 to e.g. control individual LEDs seperately. Optionally I want to add a power supply.

My question: How do the components get physically connected? Do I have to solder anything or do you have any kind of cable that can simply be attached to both the NULA an the WLED strip (and same for the power supply and the WLED)?

Hi @frederik_t

You have to solder the components together. The WS2812B Stick10 specifically has pads which you solder a wire to and then you can connect it wherever you need.
