WS2812B LED strip won't turn off, lights white instead

Customer:

I purchased an addressable LED strip from you. I connected it to an 18650 battery (Arduino is powered separately). The LEDs light up and change color, but they cannot be turned off – instead they light up white. The same happens if I set the color to black (strip.Color(0, 0, 0)) or set brightness to 0, or call the clear method. I tried with 2 strips and got the same result.

Poštovani, kod vas smo uzeli adresabilnu led traku: https://e-radionica.com/hr/adresabilna-rgb-led-traka-ws2812-30led-m-5v-ip20.html# Spojio sam ih na 18650 bateriju (Arduino se napaja posebno), lampice svjetle i mijenjaju boju, ali ih nije moguće ugasiti – umjesto da se ugase svjetle u bijeloj boji. Isto je ako ako postavim boju na crnu (strip.Color(0, 0, 0)) ili stavim brigthness na 0, ili pozovem clear metodu. Soldered Support:

Can you send your code and the schematic showing how you connected the LEDs? Also, you haven’t mentioned which microcontroller you’re using, and that’s quite important because if it operates at 3V3 logic level, that could be the problem with why the LEDs cannot be turned off.

Možete li poslati Vaš kod te shemu prema kojoj ste povezali LED diode. Također niste napisali koji mikrokontroler koristite, a to je dosta bitno jer ako on radi na 3V3 logičkoj razini to može biti problem zašto LED diode nije moguće ugasiti.
