Breadboard power supply board: powering both rails with 5V

Customer:

I’ve bought the Breadboard power supply board, and I have a question about using both power rails (top and bottom) on the breadboard with 5V. Normally, I would plug the power source into one side and use cables to connect the other side as well. However, with this power supply, since it’s inserted on both sides and doesn’t have a 5V option on one of them, I’m not sure how to configure it. How can I make both rails work at 5V when using a USB-C cable as input?

Soldered Support:

You can unsolder the VOUT1 pins and leave only GND. This way there is no contact between 12V and 5V when you bridge the connection on your breadboard. The solution is to remove any header pins you don’t need for your configuration.
