I wan to use your CAN FD transceiver breakout on my project.
For talking to the device from Windows PC I need a USB-CAN adapter like
do you have experience with that and can you recommend anything
do you have exprience in using e.g. candle-usb · PyPI ?

We unfortunately do not have experience with these USB-CAN adapters nor the libraries used with them, so I cannot give you a valid recommendation. I don’t see why they wouldn’t be compatible with our board and i know of a few examples of people using it in systems running embedded linux, such as with the Jetson Orin Nano board by Nvidia.
Hi JosipKuci, I will use this breakout board CAN Transceiver MCP2518F on sockets on my board. Unfortunately the connector of CAN H, CAN L is too big to fit in may housing. Can it be unsoldered or ordered without mounted connector? Maybe a flatter connector also fits to this footprint?
