I received a new Croduino Basic 2 but I’m having issues again. First, my drivers went into hidden devices and I don’t know how to get them back working. Also, when I plug the board into my computer it shows: USB device not recognised, which never happened with my old replacement board. I need help.

stigao mi je novi croduino basic 2, ali opet imam problema.
Kao prvo driveri su mi otišli pod hidden devices i neznam kako da ih vratim u funkciju.
I još mi kada uštekam pločicu na računalo javlja mi: USB device not recognised što mi sa starom zamjenjenom pločicom nije nikad javljalo. Molim za pomoc.

I don’t have experience with this type of case, but I’ve checked and we tested your board and it was fine. I found this article regarding hidden devices on Windows 10: Viewing Hidden Devices - Windows drivers | Microsoft Learn
It mentions several reasons why this might be happening. There is a program you can use to check if default drivers will work on your computer. Download links:

The program is called UVCView. With it you can see the VID (Vendor ID) and PID (Product ID). These are the values it should display:
VID: 0x10C4
PID: 0xEA60
Which computer are you trying to run the board on? Have you tried on another computer?

moram priznati da nemam iskustva sa ovakvim slučajem. Upravo sam provjerio, Vašu pločicu smo testirali i bila je uredu. Nismo Vas posebno kontaktirali u vezi toga jer takve stvari se jednostavno događaju.

Spominje nekoliko razloga zbog kojih je moguće da se to događa.
Postoji program s kojim možete provjeriti hoće lči default driveri raditi na Vašem računalu. Link za preuzimanje je ispod:
