Croduino Basic2 PB upload fails with ATmega328P signature error

Customer:

We received a replacement Croduino 2 this week because we couldn’t connect to or upload any code to one of the 3 we ordered previously. Today when testing the replacement, the same thing happens. Normally when I connect the board it appears on COM4, but with the new one I get COM5, and during upload I get this info:

Sketch uses 926 bytes (3%) of program storage space. Maximum is 30720 bytes.

Global variables use 9 bytes (0%) of dynamic memory, leaving 2039 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.

avrdude: Expected signature for ATmega328P is 1E 95 0F

Double check chip, or use -F to override this check.

Wrong microcontroller found. Did you select the right board from the Tools > Board menu?

What would you recommend we try to fix this without sending the board back, since the conditions don’t change when we swap boards - one works and the other doesn’t? Note that the LED on pin 13 blinks on the new board, probably because you tested the blink example to verify it, but I still can’t upload anything.

upladati.

Soldered Support:

The board should have a “Croduino Basic2 PB” label on the back and came packaged in a paper bag. You need to set up Arduino IDE for this board - it’s different from the standard Basic2. Please read and follow this tutorial: https://e-radionica.com/hr/blog/2018/04/23/programiranje-croduino-basic2-pb-iz-arduino-ide/

Pročitajte i pratite tutorijal, molim Vas: https://e-radionica.com/hr/blog/2018/04/23/programiranje-croduino-basic2-pb-iz-arduino-ide/
